This capsule counting and packing machine which is used in automatic counting,bottling of all kinds of tablets, pills, soft and hard capsule in pharmaceutics, chemistry and food industry. the machine is designed finely and can be used together with paper feeding cap swing machine, aluminum foil sealing machine and sticky labeler as a whole linked manufacture line and can be used alone.

With small size and easy operation,the machine can be adjusted to count capsules or tablets between 1-9999 pcs per bottle without changing spare parts.

Features:

1) Conversion and speed-regulating, the shaking frequency can be modulated to adapt to filling of

    tablets of different specifications.

2) Whole protection device is equipped inside the machine and the host machine will stop when the

    number of empty bottles is not enough; it avoids waste of raw materials and ensures the

    accuracy of counting in the manufacture process

3) Photo-electricity detection and air cylinder are applied in anchor bottle device; when exchange

    packing bottle, only the uniform cam lighted by photo-electricity probe is necessary to adjust and

    it is easy to use

4) Applying domestic advanced eccentric axis structure of internal hole, good shaking result, low

    noise, easy adjustment, it conquers several phenomena such as vibrating due to the gaps

    between worm gear and axial of worm gears, high failure rate, rapid wear and difficult to adjust

    happened in the companies of same industry domestically.

5) Stainless steel is applied in the contact part of the products and it meets requirement of GMP
